Ivy and I had the privilege of seeing the Broadway touring company of Bright Star in January of 2018. We were absolutely blown away. When Cottonwood announced they were doing it for their Spring show we were so excited!
Ivy got into the ensemble, which is an intrical part to the show. They serve as a Greek Chorus and are in pretty much every scene. Here is Ivy bringing on Alice's (the lead girl) dress in a scene where they travel back in time right before the audience's eyes.
Ivy had a wonderful experience doing this show and her existing friendships deepened. She is with such an amazing group of theater kids. I am grateful for them and her awesome teachers in the Performing Arts wing. Congratulations to this stunning cast and crew!
